Founded in 1992, Loksafe has grown into the most trusted, most professional locksmith in the Shreveport-Bossier and surrounding area. We are one of the most certified locksmith shops in the State of Louisiana with 1 CML (certified master locksmith) and 2 CRLs (certified registered locksmith).

James L. Queen, CML – Jim is a retired, disabled Armed Services Veteran with over 30 years in the Locksmith & Security industry with a designation of a Certified Master Locksmith . He was recently appointed by the Governor of Louisiana, Bobby Jindal, to the Life Safety & Property Advisory Board to help regulate the locksmith and security industry. He is the CEO of Loksafe Services & Door Hardware.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Joshua L. Queen, CRL – Josh has over 15 years of experience in the locksmith industry. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He makes command decisions, leads the team, and works hard to negotiate the best possible solution and price for the customer. Josh is the President of Loksafe Services & Door Hardware. He is also secretary of the NSBA. He holds the designation of a Certified Register Locksmith.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mark A. Queen – Mark has over 29 years in the locksmith and door hardware business. He is certified in safes, prison hardware, and various locking systems. Mark is our lead service technician and Vice-President of Loksafe Services & Door Hardware.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jeffery Whitfield – Jeffery is our Shop Manager and is a state licensed locksmith. He has been with Loksafe for over 4 years and shows great passion for his job and the locksmith industry. He  brings 8 years of management in retail sales with him. He is always looking for the next person to help with the needs of high security .

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jakub (Kuba) Haba, CRL – Kuba is one of Loksafe’s greatest assets. Originally from Poland, Kuba is responsible for all fabrications and machining of custom parts. Kuba has been with Loksafe for over 8 years. He holds the designation of Certified Registered Locksmith.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Greg Odum – Greg has past experience in both the industrial and mechanical fields.  He is currently a state licensed  locksmith technician, customer service & publicity representative.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ande Odum – Ande is our newest state licensed locksmith. He assists our technicians and provides quality customer service both in the field and at the shop.

 

 

 

 

 

 

David Martin – David is our access control technician with previous military experience in the Navy.  He is currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Penny Richardson – Penny is our Administrative Assistant and bookkeeper. Penny has been keeping us in line for the last 9 years.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Beverly (Babs) Queen – Babs is the glue that holds our office together.  She is in charge of answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and keeping track of paperwork.  With her addition to the team, organization and efficiency is at its peak.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Katie Queen – Katie is our Marketing Director and Bookkeeping Assistant.  She maintains our social networking sites, creates flyers, and assist our bookkeeping in daily tasks.  She recently graduated college and has been with Loksafe since 2005
