Founded in 1992, Loksafe has grown into the most trusted, most professional locksmith in the Shreveport-Bossier and surrounding area. We are the most certified locksmith shop in the State of Louisiana with 1 CML (certified master locksmith) and 3 CRLs (certified registered locksmith).
Our Employees
James L. Queen, CML – Jim is a retired, disabled Armed Services Veteran with over 30 years in the Locksmith & Security industry. He was recently appointed by the Governor of Louisiana, Bobby Jindal, to the Life Safety & Property Advisory Board to help regulate the locksmith and security industry. He is the CEO of Loksafe Services & Door Hardware.
Joshua L. Queen, CRL – Josh has over 15 years of experience in the locksmith industry. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He makes command decisions, leads the team, and works hard to negotiate the best possible solution and price for the customer. Josh is the Shop Manager and President of Loksafe Services & Door Hardware. He is also secretary of the NSBA.
Mark A. Queen – Mark has over 29 years in the locksmith and door hardware business. He is certified in safes, prison hardware, and various locking systems. Mark is our lead service technician and Vice-President of Loksafe Services & Door Hardware.
Jakub (Kuba) Haba, CRL – Kuba is one of Loksafe’s greatest assets. Originally from Poland, Kuba is responsible for all fabrications and machining of custom parts. Kuba has been with Loksafe for over 2 years.
Anthony (Tony) Ray, CRL – Tony has over 11 years of experience in the locksmith industry. He works hard to insure customer satisfaction and a job well done. Tony feels that the best part of his job is the interaction he gets with customers and knowing that they are completely satisfied when the job is complete.
Penny Richardson – Penny is our Administrative Assistant and bookkeeper. Penny has been keeping us in line for the last 9 years.
Jeffery Whitfield – Jeffery is our Sales Manager. He has only been with Loksafe for a little over a year, but he brings 7 years of management in retail sales with him. He is always looking for the next person to help with the needs of high security.
Moose – Although he officially belongs to Josh, Moose is a “BIG” part of each employee’s day at Loksafe. Moose is our 90lb, 14 month old Johnson Line American Bulldog. Josh acquired Moose from Vic Parpart, at Parpart’s American Bulldog Ranch in Pointe, TX. Moose is an active member of both Port City Pits & Arklatex Schutzhund Club.
